Orders
I provide detailed descriptions of all of my products; please make sure you read the descriptions and details in full. If you have ANY questions, please contact me before purchasing. All items are made individually by me and not factory produced, this in turn means that the colors could vary in distribution. Keep in mind that lighting used will also make a difference in how your tutu product may look. Always consider this with any purchase.
All of my items are custom made, unless listed as Ready To Ship. Make sure you refer to my Standard Make Times (see FAQ's) prior to purchasing. If you have a certain deadline and are unsure whether the making of the item and additional shipping time will allow it to arrive in time, please contact me first and I can let you know when the item would ship. I cannot be responsible for items arriving after your need by date if you have not figured in enough make time and additional shipping time when ordering.
Since all of my items are custom made when you purchase (with the exception of Ready to Ship items...see FAQ's for more information), I cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Please make sure you have measured correctly and provided the appropriate sizing when ordering. In the highly unlikely event that you receive a custom ordered item that is damaged or defective, a return or exchange may be issued at the sole discretion of Tutu Fancy Designs. All damaged or defective custom ordered items must be brought to my attention within 24 hours of confirmed shipping arrival.
Payments
I use PayPal to process all of my payments; payments through PayPal can be made using an approved PayPal Credit Card, a Debit Card or an e-check.
I do not start any custom orders until your cleared payment has been received (please keep this in mind when using e-checks and make sure you allow a 5-7 business day turnaround time for clearing for US e-checks).
PLEASE MAKE SURE WHEN YOU ARE CHECKING OUT THAT THE SHIP TO ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT AND ON YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT, BECAUSE THIS IS THE ADDRESS I WILL SHIP YOUR ORDER TO.
Shipping
The make time does not include the shipping time. For regular sized shipments to U.S. locations I use USPS Priority Mail, this is generally a 3 business day ship time (this is not a guaranteed service and so occasionally delivery may take longer than 3 days). Larger orders of more than 2 tutus, some costume sets and dresses may require shipping via parcel service to your zone. Parcel service can take 7-10 business days once we ship your order.
RUSH ORDERS
I do accept Rush Orders (to have your item completed faster than the Standard Making Time, see FAQ's) for an additional charge. I also offer a faster (Express shipping) shipping method for an additional charge. Express shipping normally takes 1-2 business days depending on your location; I cannot guarantee express shipping to get to you within one business day.
Once your item has shipped I cannot be held responsible for the package. I purchase delivery confirmations on all packages to ensure USPS has delivered to your location (I cannot offer replacements on packages that show in route, delayed or delivered through tracking and/or packages that arrived damaged by no fault of mine). I offer and highly recommend purchasing insurance on your package in case your package is damaged or any other situations occur in route. Insurance can be purchased by contacting me.
Issues out of my control such as return of an order for inaccurate addresses or other stated postal reasons will require the buyer to pay an additional cost to reship the package. Tutu Fancy Designs cannot be held responsible for shipping times that take longer than the stated USPS delivery times (occasionally their shipping time can take longer, due to holiday rushes, certain weather conditions and other unexplained reasons) Thank you for your understanding.
Product Availability & Designs
Please note that all of my designs are custom made, making each order unique in its own way (even when ordering a specific design the distribution of the tulle colors or embellishments in that design may differ slightly). In addition, I may substitute a different ribbon bow on any design (it will always match the design) along with different flower type, color or style and distribution of any embellishments. I can never guarantee an exact color or style of flower or exact ribbons as my stock does change from time to time. If you prefer a certain color for your ribbon, bow or other detail please let me know before you place your order.
If I should happen to be out of stock of an item you ordered, I will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like to change your order or if you would prefer to cancel your order for a full refund.
Prices
My product prices are listed on my Tutu Pricing page; prices shown do not include shipping or taxes (Florida locations are required to pay taxes). Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, you may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours. Once I begin to work on your order you will no longer be eligible for a full refund. Rush orders will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the rush fee charged at the time of the order. Standard Time orders will incur a $10 Cancellation Fee if production of your order has already been started.
Tutu Fancy Designs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. I strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information on my website, however pricing and/or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed incorrectly, I shall have the right at my sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. Should an order be cancelled due to a deadline that I am unable to meet, item availability or refusal of service, I will send you an email within 48 business hours notifying you of the cancellation and fully refund any charges.
***IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION***
These items are not toys. Some of my products are embellished with rhinestones, buttons, or other small items that could pose a choking hazard to children under 5 if they come loose. Please hang Tutu Bow Holders out of reach of little hands and always supervise young children with hair accessories. Supervise all children while wearing tutus and tutu dresses and never put your children down for a nap or to bed while wearing this item. TuTu Fancy Designs cannot be held legally responsible for any incidents that occur if you choose to purchase items with these extras.
