Very full, beautiful rainbow TuTu. Made with an elastic waistband and yards and yards of tulle! Currently sized for a 10 year old child to a small adult (25 inch waist), but can be made smaller if requested. Tutu measures 14 inches in total length. Will finish tutu off with any color of satin ribbon that buyer chooses. Please leave the ribbon color choice in the drop down box below. Also, if you need the waist taken in to make it smaller, leave the pant size (or waist measurement in inches) in the comment box below.
